Protest Demonstration by Dibrugarh District Congress Committee Against the Attack on MP Rakibul Hussain

M Hashim Ali,Dibrugarh,Rongili Barta- Condemning the attack on Dhubri MP Rakibul Hussain, who was assaulted by miscreants in broad daylight on the streets of Rupohihat in Nagaon district, Congress workers staged a protest demonstration today (21-02-25) in front of Rajiv Bhavan in Dibrugarh. The protest demonstration was attended by Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President Mehdi Alam Bora, former Minister Atuwa Munda, Dibrugarh District Congress Committee President Dev Ranjan Gogoi, APC spokesperson Neelanetra Neog, Bijit Handique, District Mahila Congress President Kavita Konwar, Tingkhong Block Congress President Sujit Ligira, Dibrugarh Block Congress President Jiten Baruah, Minority Department Chairman Firoz Hussain, District Congress Committee General Secretaries Baharul Islam, Paranjyoti Gogoi, Bitopan Boraik, Karn Bahadur Chetri, and several senior Congress leaders.
