Scheduled from 3rd to 7th June 2026, the event will be hosted at Nest Asia from 7:00 PM onwards, inviting guests to explore a unique interplay of spice, smoke, herbs and aromatics.

“The Dragon & The Botanist” pairs a specially curated Asian signature set menu with botanical-inspired cocktails and mocktails, bringing together bold flavours and refined beverage craftsmanship.

Guests can look forward to a signature Asian set menu featuring highlights such as Tom Yum Thukpa, La Zi Ji, Sichuan Chicken, Gaeng Matsaman Curry, and Chak-Hao Kheer, paired with botanical creations including the Sichuan Negroni, Thai Basil Smash, Shanghai Blossom, The Zen Garden, and Fiery Dragon.

What sets the experience apart is its thoughtful use of ingredients that define some of Asia’s most distinctive culinary traditions. From the citrusy freshness of lemongrass and kaffir lime to the warmth of Sichuan pepper, star anise, basil and bird’s eye chilli, the menu explores a spectrum of flavours that are bold, aromatic and layered. These ingredients are complemented by botanical infusions and herb-forward beverages, creating pairings that celebrate the balance between intensity and refinement.
