Governor pays floral tributes to Dr. Bhupen Hazarika
Guwahati, Rongili Barta: Assam Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya today paid floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on his death anniversary at Lok Bhavan.
