Siliguri Chapter of EIRC of The ICSI Organises Half Day Seminar on LLPs

Rongili Barta- The Siliguri Chapter of EIRC of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) successfully organised a Half Day Seminar on the theme “Sensitisation and Outreach Initiatives on Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)” on Sunday, 17th May 2026 at the Siliguri Chapter premises.

The technical session was delivered by CS Vivek Mishra, renowned Speaker and Practicing Company Secretary from Kolkata, who deliberated on the evolving regulatory framework, practical aspects, compliance requirements, and outreach initiatives relating to Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). The session was highly informative and interactive, providing valuable professional insights to the participants.

The Seminar was virtually addressed by CS Bishal Harlalka, Chairman, Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The ICSI, who appreciated the initiative undertaken by the Siliguri Chapter and encouraged members and students to continuously strengthen their professional knowledge and contribute towards creating greater awareness regarding LLPs and their growing importance in the corporate ecosystem.

CS Saptasikha Jhampati, Chairperson, Siliguri Chapter of EIRC of The ICSI, delivered the formal Welcome Address and warmly welcomed the Speaker, dignitaries, members, and students present at the Seminar. She highlighted the importance of continuous professional learning and capacity building in the present dynamic regulatory environment.

The concluding remarks and Vote of Thanks were delivered by CS Manish Agarwal, Treasurer, Siliguri Chapter of EIRC of The ICSI, who expressed sincere gratitude to the Speaker, EIRC leadership, participants, and organisers for their support and contribution towards the successful conduct of the programme.
