The festival will be held from 10th to 19th July 2026, from 7:00 PM onwards, inviting guests to experience the timeless flavours and regal traditions of the legendary kitchens of the Nizams.
Inspired by the rich culinary legacy of Hyderabad, the festival celebrates a cuisine shaped by centuries of Mughlai, Turkish, Persian, Arabic and Telugu influences. The specially curated menu showcases authentic recipes and slow-cooked delicacies that once graced the royal tables of the Nizams, offering guests an immersive journey through one of India’s most celebrated culinary traditions.
Guests can savour signature dishes including Marag (Hyderabadi Lamb Soup), Murgh Yakhni Shorba, Pathar Ka Gosht, Shikampur Kebab, Murgh Dum Biryani, and Nalli Nihari, complemented by traditional welcome beverages such as Khubani Sharbat, Rose & Basil Sherbet, Khas Sherbet, and Nimbu Pudina Sharbat.
The experience goes beyond the menu to recreate the elegance of the Nizam era through traditional hospitality, live culinary experiences, and an ambience inspired by Hyderabad’s royal heritage.
