Assam Governor administers oath to APSC members
Guwahati, June 17: Assam Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya administered the oath of office to Pabitra Ram Khaund and Prabhati Thaosen as new members of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) at a function held in the conference Hall of Raj Bhavan here today.
The proceeding started with a permission that Additional Chief Secretary Kailash Chand Samria sought from the Governor.
The ceremony was attended among others by Chairman of APSC Deboraj Upadhay, Commissioner and Secretary Personnel Dept. M.S.Manivannan, OSD Raj Bhavan Prof. Bechan Lal, members and other functionaries of APSC, senior officers of State government and family members of the newly inducted members.
