Skill development programme at Goalpara under the initiative of SITA
Dispur, December 8: Rain Forest Research Institute, Jorhat is organizing a two-day skill development programme at Goalpara as a follow up decision taken at the review meeting of development of Aspirational district held under the chairmanship of Sri Ramen Deka, Co-Vice Chairman of State Innovation and Transformation Aayog (SITA) at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri on 30 th November last. Accordingly, the training will be held on the 22 nd and 23 rd December, 2021 and also proposes to conduct a Skill Development Training on Bamboo Shoot Processing and value addition for the selected trainees during March 2022 under the aegis of National Bamboo Mission.
