Rastriya Ekta Divas observed at Janata Bhawan
Dispur, Rongili Barta- The Rastriya Ekta Divas commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was held today at Janata Bhawan. On this occasion Shri Paban Kumar Borthakur, Chief Secretary, Assam administered the oath to all officers and staff of Janata Bhawan at 11 am to reinforce the commitment to strengthen the Unity, Integrity and Security of the nation. The Rastriya Ekta Divas and National Unity Week were being observed from 25th to 31st October, 2023 by the Govt. of Assam with a vision to create awareness among the masses by conducting various events throughout the state. In this regard, the pledge taking ceremony was also observed in all the government offices of the state including in the office of DIPR for its officers and staff.
