Public Holiday on 22nd April
Dispur, Rongili Barta : The Government of Assam has declared 22nd April, 2022 (day of poll) as public holiday for the ensuing Guwahati Municipal Corporation Election, 2022, within the Guwahati Municipal Corporation area where polling will be held.
All the Govt./Non Govt. offices, educational institutions and business establishments including banks, tea garden and industries etc. within the Guwahati Municipal Corporation area will remain closed on account of this public holiday under NI act.
