Covide 19 has caused bsignificent disterss around the globe . 🌎 Apart from the covident physical symptoms is injected cases it has caused serious damage to the mental health . India like other countries implemented a nation-wide lockdown to contain and curb the transmission of the vairus . Research have observed that disotre such as pandamics , cases are increasing in the mental health issues such as depression substance abusers and behavioral . Why people are stressed they can’t jocus , get angry easily . Can’t set still have difficulty sleeping feel sad worry , cry and feel very ugly . During this pendamic we should take care our selves and our jamilies. We should control our anger and be clam . We should also do breathing exercises in the morning . We can remove our stress by these ways .
