Gunotsav – 2022, Phase-II
Guwahati, Kahilipara, Rongili Barta- The 2nd phase of Gunotsav-2022 has been successfully completed from 23rd to 26th May, 2022 in 9 districts of Assam viz. Barpeta, Golaghat, Kamrup, Kokrajhar, Majuli, Morigaon, Sivasagar, Tinsukia and Udalguri. A total of 10,54,051 students from classes I to IX of 13,799 schools were covered. Hon’ble Ministers, Education Adviser, Speaker, MPs, MLAs, CEM and EMs took active part in the schools as External Evaluators and interacted with the students, teachers, parents/guardians and the community members. Similarly, IAS, IPS, IFS, ACS, APS, AFS, other Grade-I & II officers and Retired officers of the state also took part as External Evaluators. During the evaluation process, the External Evaluators evaluated the performance of the students on scholastic in both skill (reading, writing & numeracy) and subject areas as well as other indicators of the schools.
