Governor expresses his grief over boat capsize incident
Guwahati, September 8: Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi expressed his concern over the boat capsize incident at Neematighat in Jorhat today.
In a statement here today the Governor while expressing his concern over the unfortunate incident said that though several lives are feared to be at stake, the State government with its men and materials has launched massive rescue operations. All possible steps are being taken to rescue the victims and give adequate medical attention to the rescued people.
