Time is precious, yet today’s youth
Are caught in screens day and night.
With phones in hand and tired eyes,
They lose the joy of real life.
Books grow silent, playgrounds empty,
Sleep fades in endless scrolling.
It’s time to step away and awaken
For a healthy life is the greatest victory.
