Full Day Seminar by North Eastern Chapter of EIRC of ICSI on 27th November 2021 at Hotel Nandan, Guwahati
The North Eastern Chapter of EIRC of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India organised a Full Day Seminar through physical mode on 27th November 2021 at Hotel Nandan, Guwahati. CS Sandip Kumar Kejriwal, Central Council Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India CS Sudhir Kumar Banthiya, Chairman, EIRC of ICSI; and CS Biman Debnath, Vice Chairman, EIRC of ICSI graced the program by their esteemed presence. CS Raj Kumar Sharma, who is the State Treasurer of Assam State BJP and also the Past Chairman of NE Chapter of EIRC of ICSI was felicitated in the inaugural session of the Programme for being appointed as Independent Director of Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited. Ms. Madhu Jain, CS Professional Student of ICSI from Guwahati was felicitated in the inaugural Session of the event for being the runner-up in the National level Slogan Writing Competition organization by ICSI HQ under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The speakers CS Mohan Ram Goenka, CS (Dr.) Mohit Shaw and CS Biman Debnath discussed various topics like Non-Compliances of Companies Act – Inspection, Enquiry and Investigation; Related Party Transaction; Important and widely used judgement under Companies Act 2013. CS Kushal Bharat Bagadia, Chairman, North Eastern Chapter of EIRC of ICSI delivered the Welcome Address. CS Nicky Baid, Legal Advisor, National Human Rights and Crime Control Bureau, Guwahati Coordinated the entire event. Various Members and Students from ICSI and other Professional Institutes attended the event.
