Vice-Chairman Ramen Deka visited Bhergaon Agro-Organic Producer Company Limited at Bhergaon in Udalguri District
Dispur, Rongili Barta- State Innovation & Transformation Aayog (SITA) Vice-Chairman Sri Ramen Deka visited Bhergaon Agro-Organic Producer Company Limited at Bhergaon, Udalguri District (BTR) yesterday and held a meeting with the stakeholders of the company and officials of the Agriculture Department. Later, The Vice-Chairman visited the sites of the company and interacted with the stakeholders. Addressing the gathering, Vice-Chairman Ramen Deka lauded the initiative taken by the farmers of Bhergaon and the Agricultural department for their support. He stressed that the company may look forward to diversify their activities among the stakeholders which will be beneficial in its sustainability. He further said that in the near future, SITA would also like to help them in some of the activities. The programme was attended by Sri Bokul Saikia, Joint Director of Agriculture, Sri D.S Hazari, ARO SITA, officials of the Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office, SITA and many stakeholders of the company.
