PUBLIC HOLIDAY DECLARED FOR BYE ELECTION FOR THE POST OF PRESIDENT OF 09 NO. SONABARIGHAT GAON PANCHAYAT UNDER CACHAR DISTRICT
Dispur,Rongili Barta- The Government of Assam has declared 28th September, 2022 (day of Poll) as Public Holiday under section 25 of N.I. Act, 1881 (XXIV of 1881) for Bye Election for the post of President of 09 No. Sonabarighat Gaon Panchayat under Cachar District where polling will be held on that day as notified by Assam State Election Commission. All the Govt./Non Govt. Offices, Educational Institutions, and Business Establishments including Banks, Tea Garden and Industries etc, falling within the 09 No. Sonabarighat Gaon Panchayat areas of Cachar District will remain closed on 28th September, 2022 on account of this Public Holiday under N.I. Act.
