Observation of Legal Services Week from 9th November
Dispur,Rongili Barta- At the behest of ASLSA, DLSA, Kamrup (M) initiated legal awareness and outreach programme in the district on the eve of observation of Legal Services Week and to commemorate the Legal Services Day to be celebrated on 9th November, 2023. The outreach programme was conducted by deploying mobile van to create awareness aimed to reach out to the all sections of population so as to spread information as regard availability of free legal aid, how to avail the same along with further information of various NALSA Schemes. The outreach programme created interest among people and received support from all section. On the 9th November, 2023, i.e. on the Legal Services Day, the DLSA, Kamrup has also planned such awareness programme to be carried out all over the district of Kamrup in association with Rangia Taluk Legal Services Committee by deploying mobile van.
