Launch of “Mission Annasthan” in Dibrugarh District by District Commissioner Bikram Kairi

Hashim Ali,Dibrugarh,Rongili Barta- District Commissioner of Dibrugarh, Bikram Kairi, inaugurated “Mission Annasthan,” an initiative by the Dibrugarh district administration, in the conference room of the District Commissioner’s office on June 25. It is notable that through “Mission Annasthan,” clean and hygienic dining halls will be constructed in 100 schools of the district for students to have their mid-day meals. At the launch, Election Officer of Dibrugarh, Pranjil Gogoi, presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation explaining the core objectives of “Mission Annasthan” in the presence of heads of various departments. Inaugurating the mission, District Commissioner Bikram Kairi stated that having a well-equipped and clean place for students to have their mid-day meals is essential.This will not only ensure cleanliness but also educate students about proper etiquette and manners to be observed during communal dining.In the first phase, dining halls will be constructed in 100 schools in Dibrugarh district, and subsequently, similar arrangements will be made in other schools for students to have their mid-day meals.
