Dr.Bharati Dutta’s Bimrisha-Manjusha released
M Hashim Ali,Dibrugarh, Rongili Barta- Bimirisha-Manjusha,selective writings of Dr.Bharati Dutta,edited by Biju Sarma,was released on February.18,by the President of Asom Sahitya Sabha,Dr.Surjya Kanta Hazarika in a grand function organised by the Dibrugarh Sahitya Sabha. The book ,a volume of around four hundred pages is published by Dibrugarh Sahitya Sabha. Author of 23 books ,Dr Dutta has edited 39 books,magazines ,souvenirs etc. In a written message the former president of Asom Sahitya Sabha,Dr.Nagen Saikia,has appreciated the meaningful name of the book which itself reflects the valuable contents of the book. He expressed that a great writer dies but his writings live long . The meeting was presided over by the president of Dibrugarh Sahitya Sabha,Dr.Sashi Kanta Saikia. Other Dignataries present on the meeting were Dr.Karabi Deka Hazarika, Bhuban Mohan Goswami,the secretary of the regional office at Dibrugarh, Asom Sahitya Sabha, kishore Bora, Bibhas Duwara,poet Dilip Dutta. and Dr.Bharati Dutta. The purpose of the meeting was explained by the secretary if Dibrugarh Sahitya Sabha,Ratul Gohain. In the meeting Dilip Dutta’s book on poems,Rajanigandha was also released by the president of the Asom Sahitya Sabha. The president of the Asom Sahitya Sabha,Dr.Surya Kanta Hazarika was felicitated by various organisations.
