Comfort Zone of Your Heart
Heramba Nath
In the comfort zone of your heart,
I found a quiet corner—
Not loud with promises,
But soft with presence.
There, words didn’t need to speak,
And silences felt like lullabies.
Time melted like honey
Between your glance and mine.
It was not a palace of gold,
But a cottage made of care—
Where your laughter hung like lanterns,
And your sighs warmed the air.
No pretence walked through its door,
No shadows of doubt remained.
Just the rhythm of trust
Beating softly against my name.
I rested there—
Not as a guest,
But as someone
You unknowingly built a room for.
And even if the world forgets me,
Even if my name fades—
I’ll live in the comfort zone of your heart,
Where love feels like home.
