Assam Governor interacts with selected candidates of Assam Governor’s Pratibha Protsahan Yojana

Guwahati,Rongili Barta: In a move to nurture the talents of Assam’s youth through institutional mechanism, Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya today interacted with the candidates who are selected under  Governor Assam’s Pratibha Protsahan Yojana at a programme held at Raj Bhavan here this evening.

It may be noted that under the programme initiative has been taken to provide financial assistance and top-notch coaching to deserving youth, empowering them to excel in the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

Governor Shri Acharya reiterating the importance of nurturing young talents and encouraging them to work diligently towards their goals. Quoting Swami Vivekananda the Governor called upon the youth to be relentless in their pursuit of excellence and not to stop until their goals are reached. He asked them to be committed and work with perseverance and dedication and bring laurels to their and society.

It may be mentioned that the screening test for Assam Governor’s Pratibha Protsahn Yojana was conducted on October 20, 2024, across four centers in Assam.  The selected candidates under the programme will receive comprehensive coaching, mentorship, and support. The program will feature financial assistance which will cover the scholarship and coaching fees, accommodation and food. Comprehensive Coaching by Partner agencies, Paavan Chintan Dhara Ashram’ and ‘Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan’, will be provided by high-quality faculty members to the  selected candidates.  Expert guidance and mentorship will be provided to help candidates overcome challenges and achieve success.
