Nazreen Ahmed sworn in as new member of APSC
Guwahati, Rongili Barta- Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria administered the oath of office to Nazreen Ahmed, ACS(Retd.) as new member of the Assam Public Service Commission(APSC) at a ceremony held in the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan today. Earlier, Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam Maninder Singh sought the permission of the Governor to start the proceedings of the ceremony. The ceremony was attended among others by Chairman of APSC Bharat Bhushan Dev Choudhury, State Information Commissioner Samudra Gupta Kashyap, members and other office bearers of APSC, DC Kamrup(M) Pallav Gopal Jha, Commissioner of Police Diganta Barah, senior officers of the state government.
